Mad Hatter

It is always a case of difference of taste when it comes down to reviewing a book. For me it is the Mad Hatter edition, simply due to Bill Sienkiewicz. Although, Bill doesn’t do the art himself, he is able to leave a mark with this book and is largely successful in giving it his personal touch. Landry Walker’s writing is impressive and these two together offer us quite a bit of entertainment. Keith Giffen’s art is absolutely wonderful and he works well with Bill to create a great Mad Hatter story.

To retain the popularity and the interest of the viewers, when the action serial Buffy the Vampire Slayer was off air, Joss Whedon had used the comic books as a medium to continue the popular franchise. He has once again opted for the same technique for one of his popular blogs called Dr. Horrible Sing-Along that became quite popular last year. The funny star cast of Neil Patrick Harris and Nathan Fillion was so wonderful and entertaining that people were left begging for more.

Shang Chi Master of Kung Fu Vol

Marvel comics has come up with a unique way of enlightening you with Shang Chi, the Mater of Kung Fu. The first issue of the book reminds you of the popular Marvel characters of the 70s and has a black and white print which is quite rare these days. Jonathan Hickman has done an admirable job with the story which is incredible fun in spite of the unusual match up between Shang Chi and Deadpool.
