Secret Six Vol 24

Full credit must be given to J. Calafiore and Gail Simone for this issue of Secret as not many would have expected an awful lot from it. However, these two manage pull off an incredible book. The cover isn’t at all an indication of what is in store. The story is literally set in “Wild West” and each of the members of Secret Six has new role, a new position and a new relation with each other. It is an amazing portrayal of characters being the same yet different at the same time.

The entire story of “Secret Warriors” has been written beautifully by Jonathan Hickman who has managed to present the story in a series of scenes that build up to another and leading the story towards an exciting finish. Unlike other stories that revolve around a main character, the story of “Secret Warrior” gives an account of four different organizations and many sub-groups and has new characters taking the role of the central character.

Edited by Adam Schlagman and Eddie Berganza, Final Crisis: Secret Files #1 – Balancing Act has been scripted by none other than Len Wein. Tony Shasteen, Jack Kirby and Steve Lieber have together filled colors in this new comic book.
