1299817679_cvr Jeff Lemire’s did a decent work in terms of the story, but in this issue of Superboy, he tried to put too much of an effort to create the world of Smallville around the lead character. The issue mixes portions of Superboy’s worlds, which brings the Teen Titans to Smallville. Though it looks to be a lot of drama, however, it is quite charming as a tribute to the Silver Age.

Secret Six Vol 24

Full credit must be given to J. Calafiore and Gail Simone for this issue of Secret as not many would have expected an awful lot from it. However, these two manage pull off an incredible book. The cover isn’t at all an indication of what is in store. The story is literally set in “Wild West” and each of the members of Secret Six has new role, a new position and a new relation with each other. It is an amazing portrayal of characters being the same yet different at the same time.
